meat-free protein sources

It's a common misconception that vegetarians don't get enough protein. If someone truly thinks this… they should NOT be lecturing you on your diet choices!!

There are plenty of non-meat- and often healthier- sources for protein.

- soy
- sunflower seeds
- kidney beans
- tempeh
- chickpeas
- lentils
- rice
- cheese
- quinoa
-peanut butter
- almonds
- beetroot
- oats
- coconut
- avocado
- black beans

There you go, 16 non-meat protein sources!!
