steps to relaxation



The perfect spa day:

1. A good workout beforehand
2. A cleansing smoothie for a post-workout snack
3. A warm bubble bath with optional scented candles and music
4. A facial 
5. A manicure/pedicure
6. Cozy pajamas


The perfect spa day doesn't have to be super fancy- these 6 simple steps are what gets me relaxed! Self-care is very important, and I'm making it my goal to do at least some of this every Sunday night.
