workout routine

I get bored easily, and I've been incredibly bored with my workout routine lately. Going 40 minutes on the elliptical isn't a problem at all- IT'S JUST SO BORING. I often end up cutting it short because I'm just so bored. 

So, I came up with a new workout routine that mixes it up a bit so I'm not as bored while working out! (I mean I still am bored...but it's better...)

  2. You should stretch before exercise too!You don't wanna hurt your muscles. x

    1. Stretching when your muscles aren't warmed up can hurt them too, which is why I just warm up and then stretch after. :)
