I get bored easily, and I've been incredibly bored with my workout routine lately. Going 40 minutes on the elliptical isn't a problem at all- IT'S JUST SO BORING. I often end up cutting it short because I'm just so bored.
So, I came up with a new workout routine that mixes it up a bit so I'm not as bored while working out! (I mean I still am bored...but it's better...)
