Foods that should be in your diet



{one} olive oil

The word "oil" may make it seem like it's unhealthy, but olive oil is a very healthy oil. When you add some olive oil to your salad or dip some bread in it, your body uses that oil instead of the oil you get from stuff like chips. 


{two} almonds

Almonds have so many benefits: they're yummy, a good snack, and are full of fiber and protein. If you're a vegetarian, then nuts are a great source of protein. 


{three} cherries

Cherries are filled with antioxidants, making them one of the most beneficial fruits.


{four} dark chocolate

Dark chocolate is a much better alternative to milk chocolate- it actually has ingredients that your body can use!


{five} kale

Kale is just all-around good for you (it's filled with fiber.) You can pretty much put kale anywhere, even in a smoothie (you'll barely be able to taste it!). 


{six} green tea

I try to drink a cup or two of green tea every day. It has a lot of good antioxidants in it and speeds up your metabolism!
