10 small ways to be healthier

Because it's often the small things that really add up!

1. Take a bike ride or walk every evening.

2. Swap the side order of fries for a side salad.

3. Have a nutritious and sustaining breakfast- don't skip it!

4. Add extra vegetables instead of extra meat or carbs. 

5. Drink a lot of water when you wake up in the morning and at meals.

6. Take time out of your day to stretch to get your blood circulating again.

7. Give yourself a facial and manicure once a month.

8. Skip foods with high sodium content.

9. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.

10. Eat foods with less than 5 ingredients.
