Yummy Breakfast Idea




Sometimes I don't eat the healthiest breakfasts.....on school days I don't eat much, on weekends I get up so late I don't eat anything, and in the summer I eat like ice cream or something.

But I'm really trying to keep up with my health kick and summer is right around the corner, so I don't want to get back into my ice cream habits. Recently I've been eating the above for breakfast on the weekends, or I replace the yogurt with an egg. 

I've found that something that makes toast 10x more enjoyable is this: butter both sides, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and toast! On the side I add some grapes or a banana, greek yogurt, and lemon zinger tea.
